The Summit on 6th Annual Meeting will be held on April 24, 2012 at 6:30 p.m. in the P1 lounge area. The regular Board of Directors meeting will also be held prior to the Election Vote Tabulation. We look forward to seeing you all there!!

Dear Valued Residents,
I hope everyone is having a great weekend so far. As a reminder, please remember that HOA payments are due on the 1st of each month. Unpaid assessments are delinquent fifteen (15) days after they are due. Interest on the balance due will accrue at the rate of 12% per annum; commencing thirty (30) days after the assessment becomes due. I know we all are trying to juggle the elements within our busy lives therefore; it is hard to keep track of making our payments. I want to encourage everyone to register on our homeowner portal www.vivoportal.com for easier access to your accounts. Let’s work together to avoid these unnecessary delinquent charges!

Proposed Rule Change- The Board of Directors have proposed an operating rule change on page 11 of the Residential Handbook: Garage and Parking Guidelines, it currently states that all parking spaces are to be used for parking vehicles only, and cannot be used for storage living, recreational or business purposes. Upon discussion, the Board of Directors has decided that removable hardtops are permitted to be stored in an owner’s deeded parking space.

Did you know? Evacuation protocols If there was an emergency or power outage to occur while you are on the P2 parking level, the entrance parking gate on New Hampshire will close while the exit gate will automatically roll up for you to exit. Please be advised that there is a stairwell on the northwest end of P2 that will lead you to New Hampshire if evacuation is needed.

Dear Valued Residents,
Management has received complaints that vehicles are not parking properly in their assigned spaces. We have noticed that vehicles are not parking within the lines and are not pulled in all the way, which would cause some hazard. Summit on Sixth CC&R, Article VIII, Section 8.14 Parking and Vehicular Restrictions (c) General Restrictions states that “There shall be no parking in the Property that obstructs free traffic flow, constitutes a nuisance, violates the Rules and Regulations, or otherwise creates a safety hazard.” Please note that this is a violation of Summit on Sixth CC&R, Article VIII, Section 8.14 Parking and Vehicular Restrictions (c) General Restrictions and may be subject to a fine; in addition this poses a potential liability to the Association.
